Stephanie Kane
Stephanie has been selling Real Estate since 1998 and is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a certified Seller & Buyer Representative (SRS® & CBR®), a Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE®) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). On top of that, she is also a board member for Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity and a member of the Nashua Chamber of Commerce.
As a skilled negotiator, Stephanie and her team work tirelessly to make sure every client is carefully guided through the process of buying or selling a home.
Born and raised in Southern NH, her parents owned multifamily properties. Stephanie frequently joins them when they showed properties to potential buyers. She was inspired when families came to see the homes which triggered her passion for the real estate business. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, she worked as a social worker where she assisted the elderly and their families in moving into assisted living or home health care facilities.
On her off-days, she enjoys numerous sports, such as tennis, basketball, pickle ball and golf. You can also find her snow skiing, biking and boating on the lake with her husband, 2 sons and golden retriever, Bella.
